Buying or Selling Property - a fixed fee quote will be provided on request
Transfers of Equity - from £350 plus vat and disbursements and with a mortgage from £445 plus vat and disbursements
Uncontested Divorces - from £500 plus vat and disbursements
Wills - from £95 plus vat
Lasting Powers of Attorney - from £299 plus vat and disbursements
Litigation - initial meeting for 30 up to minutes for £50 plus vat or up to an hour for £95 plus vat
Business Services
Landlord & Tenant Possession Claims - from £495 plus vat and disbursements
Debt Recovery (Service charges) - this service can be offered on a no recovery no fee basis subject to specific criteria applying, please contact us for further details
